Meditation is a good means to connect our mind and body. It could help increase both physical and mental peace and calm as well as help you to learn how to live more fully in the present. At the same time\, Zentangle promotes concentration and creativity\, also\, increases personal well being. Here is an activity for you to de-stress: Zentangle Around Easter! \nIn this activity\, you can get a taste of both meditation and Zentangle at the same time\, to allow yourself to be aware of your own mental health and inner peace and explore different ways of self-care. Moreover\, you can create your own easter egg card in the Zentangle session. This activity will definitely bring you an enjoyable afternoon while staying indoors and chances to meet new friends and try something new\, and give support to each other in this difficult time.
