賽馬會共融．知行計劃 — CareER「疾風草」職涯發展計劃
賽馬會共融﹒知行計劃 CareER 「疾風草」職涯發展計劃目的是擴闊高學歷殘疾大專生的眼界，培養他們的領導才能及溝通技巧，藉此提升就業競爭力、工作能力和自信心。
CareER 獎學金計劃
CareER獎學金計劃致力表揚積極參與社區服務及於課外活動取得卓越成就的殘疾/特殊教育需要學生，並鼓勵他們繼續嘗試及探索更多的新體驗。本計劃期望提升得獎者未來的就業機會，申請人的校內成績將不會被納入本計劃之考慮因素。
Deutsche Bank – CareER Born to Be 獎學金計劃 2021
Deutsche Bank – CareER Born to Be Scholarship Program is set up to give recognition to students with disabilities / special educational needs (SENs) in the pursuit of excellence in participating in community services and commitment to the community, achievement in extra-curricular activities and their willingness to challenge themselves to experience new exposure. It is expected that their employment opportunities can be greatly enhanced upon the completion of the Program. Academic Achievement is not the main focus in terms of selection criteria.
共融平等招聘計劃（2017 – 2020）
共融平等招聘計劃是一項得獎活動，皆在為共融僱主及殘疾求職者提供一個直接見面溝通的機會。此計劃給予僱主機會支持共融，增加聘請殘疾人士的信心及親身接觸殘疾人才，同時幫助求職者建立求職期望、透過工作坊及聆聽僱主建議建立自信及能力、並與支持共融招聘的大型機構會面，了解相關職位空缺。
