The good news is that in their quest to identify the best and brightest talent, a growing number of companies in Hong Kong are recognizing that it’s important to remove barriers to inclusion and focus on what you can do – rather than your limitations.

CareER is delighted to partner again with Community Business to deliver its leading inclusive recruitment event for students with disabilities and special education needs – Fair Opportunity 2017.

As part of the activities for Fair Opportunity, a Capability Building Workshop fully supported by AIA MPF is designed to build your confidence in applying for a job in different sectors. The workshop will also address concerns you may have in relation to managing your disability and special education needs in the workplace so that you can make the most of your potentials.

The Capability Building Workshop will equip you with essential skills for attending the Fair Opportunity Inclusive Recruitment Fair in October, where you will have the opportunity to meet companies committed to removing barriers to inclusion for talent with disabilities and special education needs and understand the support that is available to you.
