About Us

CareER was established by a group of passionate individuals and a university graduate with disability in 2014. We are the first non-profit in Hong Kong to provide charitable job-matching services, peer support community and joint-university student/alumni union for tertiary-educated students and graduates with any type of disabilities and special educational needs (SEN). Through promoting disability-inclusive employment and encouraging diversity and inclusion at the workplace, we aim to maximise the capabilities of our members to become independent and contributing members of society. Hence, to change the society’s attitude towards individuals with disabilities and SEN.
