Jockey Club Collaborative Project for Inclusive Employment CareER Thriving Grass Career Development Program (Thriving Grass) – INFO DAY KICK-OFF

With the sponsorship from The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, since 2019, Thriving Grass is a pioneering career development program in Hong Kong, designed to provide self-development opportunities to improve employability and raise workplace confidence. INFO DAY comprises a detailed explanation of each program element, participants can go virtual to understand an overview of Thriving Grass programmes including member engagement & support, career coaching & VIA assessment, panel sharing by last year’s interns and employers and Q&A session as well as facilitating them to plan their career jungle journey based on their self-development needs and interests ahead of time.
