????How did you start your internship at Manulife? What did you learn from the experience?
As an Asia Retirement Strategy Intern at Manulife, I had the privilege to contribute to various projects within the esteemed Asia Retirement Strategy team. From June to August, I actively participated in strategy planning, conducted in-depth market research, and generated comprehensive reports.
During my internship, I encountered the unique challenge of understanding the intricate pension systems of different Asian countries. It required me to immerse myself in extensive research and prepare informative materials tailored to each specific market. Although challenging, this experience allowed me to acquire in-depth knowledge about the diverse pension systems across Asia.

My time at Manulife was a transformative period for my professional growth. I honed my research skills and became proficient in utilizing analysis methods in Excel. This hands-on experience equipped me with practical skills that will undoubtedly benefit my future career endeavors.

As a testament to my hard work and dedication, I was offered a return position as a Human Resources Intern. This offer not only validated my capabilities but also provided me with an extraordinary opportunity to further explore my passion for HR.
