It is a half-day seminar designed for employers, featuring in-depth learning of strategies to drive disability inclusion effectively, in order to position and foster companies as disability-inclusive employers.

Inclusive Recruitment Fair
CareER’s annual signature event – a recruitment fair where university students or graduates with disabilities and special needs may join to explore career opportunities and network with potential employers at the employer booths.
- University students/graduates with disabilities and SEN who are committed to finding a role in the corporate sector will be invited
- Inclusive employers will be invited to host an employer booth and present the latest job opportunities
CareER Disability Inclusion Index Dissemination Ceremony
CareER will present findings and results of CareER DII, share industry best practices and recognise employers that excel in disability inclusion.
- An important event for inclusive employers to promote and amplify their efforts in driving diversity and inclusion
